To open a project

Click the open button, or select Open from the menu.

This will load the video file and the subtitle text into the editor.

Recent file list

You may notice that after you have successfully opened a project file, the name of this project file is added to the file menu, as shown by the example below.

You may turn off the display of this file list by clearing the checkbox for

      Display the recently opened project files in the system menu.

on the Options: General page.
