This is the Personal Edition of the Womble MPEG Audio Editor; a WIN32 application for playing and editing digital audio compressed with the MPEG international standards.

The editor supports all layers of MPEG audio compression. It plays not only MPEG audio-only data files, but also multiplexed MPEG video streams with embedded audio tracks such as Video CD. Furthermore, it automatically handles multiple audio tracks embedded in a single stream such as multi-language movies.

The recommended system configuration includes a Pentium CPU, 16-bit sound card that supports 44.1kHz, and DirectSound DLL library which is part of Windows 98 and Internet Explorer.

Special features of the MPGAudio include a complete set of playback control, a flexible play list manager, a powerful equalizer filter design tool, and a simple lyrics editor and display.
